RETURNS POLICY

 

Stella Reef hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn, with all original tags attached, including hygiene stickers, and in the same condition as received.

 

Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

•           Defective or damaged items;

​

•           Incorrect sizing or style; or

​

•           Change of mind

Return Options:

To return an item, please e-mail returns@stellareef.com with your name and order number. Use of the return label will ensure that the return is free at the point of shipping, but the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund when we process it.

Refund Policy:

​

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. The cost of shipping the return to us will be deducted from the refund.

Unfortunately, from time to time a small number of people knowingly break our policies and still try to get a refund.  Where we suspect fraudulent activity, such as where there is a claim relating to orders having been placed, but not received; or if we suspect that items have been returned after they have been used or worn; or if items returned don’t match what was ordered; we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block the relevant accounts (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in the future.   If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@stellareef.com. An item can only be exchanged for another identical item in a different size. You should return the original item to us using original packaging. You will not be charged for the cost of shipping the exchange to us.
